All items from A Sweet Berry Designs are handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 5–7 business days. During busy seasons or for larger orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on postal delays or weather conditions, which are unfortunately out of our control.

Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
