At A Sweet Berry Designs, each item is handmade with care to ensure it’s just as special as the memories it represents.

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are custom-created specifically for you. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and photo selections before placing your order.

If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, please contact us — we’re always happy to discuss the situation and work with you to make it right.

For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
